Two thieves nabbed in Pangasinan

SAN CARLOS CITY, Pangasinan -- Two men were caught in the act of stealing valuable items inside the warehouse/stock room of a resort in Brgy. Tandoc here on Tuesday, Nov. 15.

The two suspects were identified as Renato Perez, 30, laborer, and Jayson Lomboy, 29, a construction worker. Both are residents of Barangay Mamarlao, San Carlos City.

Upon learning of the information, elements of the San Carlos City police dispatched a team to proceed to Brgy. Tandoc to arrest the suspects who tried to divest the Golden Resort of saleable items.

The two were caught in the act of stealing brake pads and two units of halogen lights.

A case of qualified theft under Article 310 of the Revised Penal Code is now being prepared against the suspects to be referred to the City Prosecutor’s Office.
