Johnson’s AskOurMoms help moms with newborns through this new online service platform
It really takes a village to take care of children. And in this digital age, the help and advice we get can come from just about anywhere—with new found friendships formed through online conversations.
Johnson's sees how valuable this is, and thought of how they can help moms with newborns get through this season of theirs. Johnson's AskOurMoms is now on Facebook Messenger, and it's created with respected mombassadors and experienced mothers.
"Today’s mothers are very resourceful. They actively seek advice from other moms and search for information online to broaden their knowledge and ensure that they are giving their babies the best care possible. With this innovation, we hope to bring the brand and our mombassadors closer to moms through an online resource that empowers them. Ultimately, this novel solution will also educate them about the full range of Johnson’s products that are scientifically developed to provide the best baby care possible," says Crismer Tiria, associate marketing director for Johnson’s Baby.

This "mothers for mothers platform" provides baby-rearing advice and personalize product recommendations from celebrity moms from the likes of Divine Lee, Anne Curtis-Smith, and Bianca Gonzalez. they also share their thoughts on Johnson's products, deals, and baby care tips. A more interactive consumer experience for moms, this is an industry-first digital project that gives access to these celebrity moms and their recommendations, along with personal baby product selections, uses and descriptions, virtual shopping, online-only discounts, and special e-commerce promotions.
