The San Juan City Police Station launched the "KASIMBAYANAN" program or Kapulisan, Simbahan at Pamayanan on Friday, Nov. 11.

Police Col. Elpidio Ramirez, Chief of Police, led the launching of the KASIMBAYANAN program at the Victory Church, V-Mall Shopping Center, Brgy. Greenhills in San Juan City on Friday.
Volunteer church leaders will help the police nurture relations with the community in order to bridge the gap between the two regardless of their religious affiliation through the said program.
The KASIMBAYANAN program also aims to organize the community as peace advocates, to ensure that every citizen is law-abiding.
It also seeks the church leaders to counsel their members and contribute to reform.
Also present at the event were San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora, Vice Mayor Jose Warren Villa, Mary Grace Azurin, Implementer of KASIMBAYANAN para sa Kababaihan, and several members of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), Eastern Police District (EPD) Command Group,
Various officials from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology BJMP), Department of Education (DepEd), and local government units, barangay chairpersons, Kagawad on Peace & Order, Ex-O's, business sectors, religious sectors, Advocacy Support Group, Sangguniang Kabataan, and TODA members also graced the event.
