Rhinwill Yambing carried the cudgels for the Stags, firing 36 points built on all 11 triples along with 10 rebounds. He all scored from beyond the arc and finished on an efficient 11-of-15 shooting from the field to help lift San Sebastian improve to a 6-7 record.

Alex Desoyo scored 12 points along with eight assists and five rebounds while Romel Calahat had 12 points, eight rebounds, four assists.

After a close first quarter tussle, the Stags, who improved to a 6-7 record, pulled away for good come the second period as they outscored the Heavy Bombers, 25-10.

Yambing spelled all the difference for San Sebastian when he caught fire across the first three quarters before Desoyo and Calahat joined in the fray.

At the end of the first half, the Stags sharpshooter would wound up six triples out of seven attempts en route to a commanding 48-30 cushion.

San Sebastian rode on that momentum and never looked back at that point, leading by as many as 25 points, as Yambing continued to torch JRU with five more three-pointers heading into the payoff period.

The Bombers showed resistance anew in the final quarter, cutting their deficit down to 15 points, but the gap was too much to overcome with fatigue playing a huge role for the embattled squad.

Agem Miranda carried the six-man Bombers team with 27 points, five rebounds, and three assists while Jed Mercado had 17 points.

John Delos Santos flirted with a triple-double performance of 15 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists for JRU, which slipped to a 6-8 record.
