PRC sets in-person oathtaking of new agricultural, biosystems engineers

The face-to-face oathtaking ceremonies for new Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers will be on Nov. 16, 26, and Dec. 4, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

The ceremony on Nov. 16 will be held at the Harbor Lights, Old Road, Cagayan de Oro in Misamis Oriental, the one on Nov. 26 will be at the Tagum City Hall Atrium, J.V. Ayala Avenue, Apokon in Tagum City, and the ceremony on Dec. 4 will be at the Grand Summit Hotel Convention Center in General Santos City.

"All successful examinees who are interested to attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance," PRC said.

At the venue, attendees need to bring either a Covid-19 vaccination card or negative RT-PCR results taken within 48 hours before the oathtaking.

"It is advised that inductees register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure examination and intend to register as professionals," PRC noted.

Those who will not be able to participate in the in-person ceremony were advised to attend the virtual oathtaking or request a special oathtaking.

"After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph starting November 17, 2022, November 28, 2022, and December 5 – 9, 2022, respectively.
