PRC announces results of November 2022 Midwife Licensure Exam
A total of 1,768 out of 3,472 examinees successfully passed the November 2022 Midwife Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

The date and venue of the oathtaking ceremony are yet to be announced, PRC added.
The board exam's topnotcher was Jonathan Calunsag Gatela Jr. from the Univerity of the Philippines School of Health and Sciences-Leyte with an average rating of 90.10 percent.

He was followed by Marielle Luceño Oberio from Iloilo Doctor's College with 90.05 percent.
Meanwhile, Cavite State University (Don Severino Agr'l College) posted a perfect overall passing rate on the exam and was hailed as the top-performing school by PRC.

All 26 examinees from the university passed the board.
The licensure exam was given by the Board of Midwifery in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga, said PRC.
The commission noted that the registration for the issuance of a Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done virtually from Jan. 2 to 5, 2023.
"Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals," it added.
