Regular, casual, and contractual employees of the Antipolo City local government have started receiving the differential adjustments in their salaries as of Thursday, November 10.
Most of the city hall employees might have received the adjustment, which was retroactive since January 1, 2022, on their take home pay, by this time, according to City Mayor Casimiro “Jun” Ynares III.
Aside from salary increase from January 1, 2022 up to the present payroll date of qualified employees, Ynares said they will also be receiving their much-anticipated year-end bonus very soon.
Ynares added that even the Job Order (JO) workers will also be entitled to a salary increase starting December 1, 2022.
The mayor said this year’s salary adjustment is the city government’s way of extending its appreciation to all the dedicated city hall workers who have continuously worked throughout the pandemic and through natural calamities.
He urged his co-workers in the local government to continue their service to the people of Antipolo with dedication.
The city government had started distributing Christmas gift packs to residents.
