Two women and a man were arrested by the Southern Police District (SPD) after they were found in possession of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) in Taguig.
The three were arrested by elements of the SPD’s District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) together with the District Mobile Force Battalion (DMFB) in a buy-bust operation conducted along Purok 3, Barangay New Lower Bicutan in Taguig on Nov. 8.

SPD chief Brig. Gen. Kirby John Kraft identified the suspects as Sarah Dicolano, 39; Phong Kadir, 42; and Nahi Kadir, 27.
Recovered from them were four plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 14 grams and valued at P95,200 and the P500 buy-bust money.
The illegal drugs were turned over to the SPD Forensic Unit for analysis while the suspects were brought to the SPD’s DDEU for documentation.
According to the SPD, the three will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
