UPLB posts 100% passing rate in October 2022 Nutritionist-Dietitian Licensure exam


All 58 examinees from the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) passed the October 2022 Nutritionist-Dietitian Licensure Examination.

With that, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) hailed UPLB as the top-performing school for the said board exam.

It was followed by the University of Santo Tomas (UST) with 92 out of 94 passers and a rating of 97.87 percent.

Meanwhile, Margaret Therese Romero Laurel from UST is the licensure exam's topnotcher with an average score of 90.10 percent.

Placing in the second spot is Yris Nika Lim Politico from Centro Escolar University-Manila with 90 percent, said PRC.

PRC announced on Tuesday, Nov, 8, that 719 out of 1,114 examinees successfully passed the exam given by the Board of Nutrition and Dietetics in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Legazpi, and Zamboanga.

The date and venue of the oathtaking ceremony are yet to be advised by PRC.

"From December 12 to December 16, 2022, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope," PRC said.

"Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals," the commission added.
