Rosauro Almario Elementary School construction 67% complete

The city government of Manila on Tuesday, Nov. 9, announced that the construction of Rosauro Almario Elementary School is already 67 percent complete as of Nov. 4.

The new 10-story public elementary school in Tondo, Manila will have 271 fully air-conditioned classrooms.

There will also be 10 laboratories, 14 computer rooms, an admin building, a library, and an auditorium for the students.

The new building will also have other activity areas such as a social hall for indoor sports, a basketball court, and a roof activity area.

Aside from the Rosauro Almario Elementary School, the Alejandro Albert Elementary School and the Manila Science High School, which are all 10-story modern buildings, with around 200 air-conditioned classrooms, elevators, basketball courts, gyms, and roof decks, were also launched last year.

The city government had earlier said that the construction of these schools is meant to uplift the education system in the City of Manila.
