Manila LGU announces road closures around DLSU, San Beda for 2022 Bar Exams

The city government of Manila announced road closures around San Beda University and De La Salle University on Nov. 9, 13, 16, and 20 for the 2022 Bar Examinations.

In an advisory, the city government said all roads affected will be closed starting 12 midnight until 11 p.m. on the specified dates.

The following streets will be closed:

  • Mendiola Street
  • Concepcion Aguila Street — only accessible to authorized vehicles (residents within the area only)
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Street
  • Taft Avenue Northbound
  • Taft Avenue Southbound

It also advised the public to take the following alternate routes:

  • From Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard shall go straight to Legarda Street to the point of destination
  • Going Southbound turn right Quirino Avenue, turn left Adriatico Street, turn left P. Ocampo Street, to point of destination
  • Going Northbound turn right to Ocampo Street, turn left to Arellano Street, turn left to Estrada Street, turn right to Taft Avenue, to point of destination

The city government, meanwhile, reminded the public that heavy traffic is expected during the said dates.
