House to launch relief drive for 'Paeng' victims; you can help too
The office of House Speaker Martin Romualdez is set to launch a relief drive aimed at assisting the communities adversely affected by typhoon "Paeng".

This was announced on Romualdez's verfiied Facebook page on Saturday night, Oct. 29.
"Maglalaan tayo ng pondo para simulan ang pagbili ng mga kakailanganing relief goods tulad ng bottled waters, canned goods, bigas at iba pang basic necessities na ipapadala sa mga apektadong komunidad (We will set aside funds for the purchase of the needed relief goods like bottled waters, canned goods, rice and other basic necessities that will be sent to the affected communities)," read the post.
The post included a number that individuals or groups may contact in order for them to send assistance for the cause.
The Speaker's office said the relief drive will be done in partnership with the members of the House of Representatives.
Typhoon Paeng has triggered landslides that led of the death of at least 45 people, mostly from the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
