The Bureau of Immigration (BI) will be opening a field office at Robinson’s Place, Manila exclusively for foreign nationals filing their 2023 annual report (AR).

BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco explained that filing of ARs at the mall will be convenient for aliens staying in the country to comply with their yearly obligation to the government.
The BI chief signed the memorandum of agreement with Robinson’s management for the free use of it's facilities.
"We thank the Robinson's management for the generous offer in providing our foreign clients with a more comfortable venue," Tansingco said.
Under the Alien Registration Act of 1950, foreigners holding immigrant and non-immigrant visas are required to report in person to the bureau within the first 60 days of every calendar year.
Foreigners are liable to be deported for failure to submit the documents which deadline is March 1, 2023.
They may also file the ARs at any BI field office nationwide.
Aliens who are under 14 years old and below, with disabilities, pregnant and over 64 years of age may send their ARs through their representives.
Tansingco said that AR filers must present their original alien certificate of registration identity card (ACR I-Card) and their passport.
