Popular mall in Batangas launches holiday display

BATANGAS CITY – A popular mall here has launched its holiday display called Happy Holiday Courtyard.

The SM City Batangas said it has Santa Claus appearances, character meet and greet, and other surprises for a happier and brighter Christmas season.

The mall, in partnership with the Batangas City Rural Improvement Club Marketing Cooperative Women’s Group, will provide opportunities and livelihood to the marginalized sector to rekindle the spirit of Christmas amid the pandemic.

Because Christmas is a season of giving, the mall said they collaborated with the women’s group to support cause-oriented advocacies of individuals and organizations by purchasing products that will provide livelihood opportunities for the marginalized sector.

The Lingap Pangarap ng mga Paslit Center and Buklod Unlad ng Batangas Inc. are recipients of the project Bears of Joy for community charities to be given on Christmas Day.
