Several celebrities including Nadine Lustre, Catriona Gray and Kylie Verzosa posed for BJ Pascual recently.

In the photos that since appeared on social media, all are seen covered in blood.

It wasn't explained why.

Some believe it is a concept meant to celebrate Halloween.

Or is it a teaser for something else?

Note, all three, along with beauty queen Nicole Cordoves, actress Ivana Alawi, and model Siobhan Moylan, are featured in Jelly Eugenio's "Disco Heaven."
