BI opens one-stop-shop at NAIA

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has opened a one-stop-shop (OSS) at the Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in a bid to facilitate the departure of foreign travelers.

BI spokesperson Dana Sandoval said the OSS will process extensions and exit clearances which are the usual complaints of foreigners.

Sandoval said the OSS will be expanded to include other airports.

The official then reminded travelers, especially foreigners, to ensure that there are no problems in their documents especially during the All Saints and All Souls Days.
