Creative doughnuts to make the season of fright more spooktacular

Warning: These collaborative donuts will make you scream… Out of pleasure from how cute and tasty they are.

Glico Philippines, Inc. (Manila, Philippines) and Krispy Kreme Philippines partner up to ring in Halloween in the Philippines with limited-edition donuts featuring Glico’s Pejoy biscuit sticks.

Halloween-themed delicious doughnuts are under the “Krispy Skremes Spell Book Collection,” inspired by the quintessential element of the magical world, the spell book. From this six-piece offering, half incorporates Glico’s Pejoy biscuit sticks filled with indulgent chocolate cream, namely the Enchanted Apple, Witch’s Broom, and Magic Cauldron doughnuts.

The Enchanted Apple comes in two mystery flavors—Spiced Apple and Dark Chocolate. Customers will only find out which one they have gotten after taking a bite.

Also included in the collection is the Wicked Witch, which comes with the Witch’s Broom made of biscuit as its body, as well as the Black Cat and the Book of Spells.

Ysabel Cruz, marketing manager at Krispy Kreme is just as delighted. “We are all about ‘Making Happy Happen’ for our Originals, and this Halloween, we’re doing just that by launching our Krispy Skremes campaign with our new spellbook theme!” she says. “We hope to share the spook with our #NewOriginals not just through our donuts, but fun Halloween activities, both online and in-store, and strong partnerships, especially with brands such as Glico and delicious Pejoy!”

The Krispy SkremeSpell Book collection is available at all branches and online in the country until Oct. 31 only. The coffeehouse chain will also be giving out a special Trick or Treat goodie bag at their stores nationwide on Oct. 30 and 31 (while supplies last).
