PRC announces virtual oathtaking date for new metallurgical engineers

The virtual oathtaking ceremony for the October 2022 Metallurgical Engineer Licensure Examination passers will be on Oct. 27 at 2 p.m., the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

It will be spearheaded by PRC-Baguio through Microsoft Teams or Zoom, the commission added.

Inductees shall wear formal or business attire and use a white physical or virtual background throughout the ceremony.

An online appointment schedule can be secured via PRC's official website and the online registration will close five calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day.

"Inductees are required to print 'OATH OF PROFESSIONAL' form that is downloadable at the PRC Online Services," PRC said.
