Kathryn's mom wants three grandkids

Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo have one of the longest relationships in showbiz. Naturally, people are wondering when the high-profile showbiz couple will get engaged or better yet, when they will tie the knot.

Kathryn's mom Luzviminda, better known as "Mommy Min" to showbiz writers and fans, revealed that marriage is not yet on the mind of the two lovebirds.

But the celebrity mom admitted to putting the pressure on Kathryn because her biological clock might be ticking.

"Ayaw pa nila. Basta sabi ko dapat ilang years na lang. Mahirap kasi ang girl magbuntis pag matanda na," Mommy Min remarked in an interview after the finale mediacon of "2 Good 2 Be True" at the ABS-CBN studios in Quezon City.

When told that other actresses like Marian Rivera, Angel Locsin and Anne Curtis got married and had kids in their mid-30s, Mommy Min replied: "Wag naman kasi matanda na ako. Baka hindi ko na kayang buhatin ang apo ko. Si Karla na lang ang pwedeng magbuhat, hindi pwede yun," she quipped.

Kathryn's mother said three kids will be ideal if Daniel and Kathryn raise a family.

Mommy Min also revealed that Kathryn's dream house that's being built on an overlooking plot of land will hopefully be finished in time for her birthday in March 2023.

She added that the actress has entered into a business venture with fellow actor Piolo Pascual and others for a small boutique resort in El Nido, Palawan which will be inaugurated by the end of the month.
