Cebu City police probe death of woman in hotel

CEBU CITY – Police are investigating the death of a woman in a hotel here on Monday morning, Oct. 24.

Lt. Col. Wilbert Parilla, deputy chief for administration of the Cebu City Police Office, said the investigation is being conducted to determine whether there was foul play in her death.

The woman who worked as a massage therapist was believed to be in her 20s.

Parilla said co-workers last saw her alive on Sunday.

Police said the management of the hotel was cooperative in their investigation.
