Kinn Reyes' overwhelmed by Wency Cornejo's surprise appearance on his birthday concert

Promising Pinoy pop RnB singer Kinn Reyes got a goosebumps when his ninong and OPM Icon Wency Cornejo, entered the stage and sang along with him the latter’s hit “Next In Line” in his recent birthday benefit concert at Bevitore Morato Quezon City.

In his thank you speech before the show ended, Kinn took the opportunity to express his gratitude for Cornejo’s effort to surprise him after 20 years.

“The last time I saw Joakinn (Kinn’s real name) was during his christening and being carried by her mom, Kei Reyes” told Wency.

After the concert, former After Image vocalist had a moment with Kinn to give more advices in achieving his goal in his singing career.

Aside from Wency, his coach and mentor Tawag ng Tanghalan alumni Froilan Canlas collaborated with Kinn in his debut single “Signs.”

The birthday boy was also inspired by video messages from his idol Bugoy, Christian Bautista, Wish 107.5 DJs Adam and Alice and Universal Records Philippines Managing Director Kathleen Dy-Go.

The proceeds will mainly benefit Bahay at Yaman ni St. Martin De Porres, Inc. that provide a home, health and wellness care, nutrition, education and psychological development to neglected and abandoned children in Bulacan. Keijojit Productions announced that Kinn will vlog the official granting of the proceeds and schedule will be announced in all his social media accounts.

The almost three-hour show also featured performances from newbie singers Rachelyn Esteva, Laureen Reyes, Nicko Borras, Shanaine Lopez, Precious Cervania and Gleanne Paguia.
