TD Obet exits PH area of responsibility – PAGASA

Tropical depression Obet exited the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

PAGASA’s bulletin issued at 5 p.m. showed that Obet was last spotted 260 kilometers (km) west of Basco, Batanes. It was packing maximum winds of 45 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 55 kph.

The weather disturbance is no longer affecting any portion of the country.
