PAGASA lifts all wind signals as 'Obet' moves away from PH
All wind signals were lifted by the state weather bureau as tropical depression Obet moved further away from the Philippine landmass.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Obet was last spotted 240 kilometers (km) west of Basco, Batanes with maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 55 kph.
“Obet is unlikely to bring heavy rainfall over any portion of the country. forecast to continue moving westward in the next 12 hours and may exit the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) ,” said PAGASA.
