Twitter unveils most talked about dramas, entertainment shows in Korea in Q3 of 2022

Twitter has unveiled the top 10 most talked about dramas and entertainment programs in South Korea for the third quarter of 2022.

The top 10 were based on tweets in South Korea from July 1 to Sept. 30 this year.

Ranking first is the hit drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” which starred Park Eun-bin and Kang Tae-oh. It ranked as the seventh highest rated drama on cable TV in South Korea with 17.53 percent.

The reality dating program “EXchange 2” grabbed second place followed by MBC’s drama “Big Mouth” starring Lee Jong-suk, Yoona and Kim Joo-hun in third place.

The tvN drama “Little Women” headlined by Kim Go-eun, Nam Ji-hyun and Park Ji-hu ranked fourth while the dance competition “Street Man Fighter” is in fifth place.

“Earth Arcade,” the tvN entertainment show, is in sixth place followed by KBS1’s “National Singing Contest.”

Placing eighth to 10th are the Wavve drama “Desperate Mr. X,” JTBC’s “Sosi Tam Tam” (“Soshi Tam Tam”) and JTBC’s “A Clean Sweep.”

“The 3rd quarter TV drama rankings released this time reflect the highest viewership ratings compiled by Nielsen Korea,” said Kim Yeon-jeong, head of Twitter’s Global Kpop and K-content Partnerships.
