Store robbed of P620,000 in cash, gadgets in Quezon


REAL, Quezon – Police said cash and gadgets totaling P620,000 were carted away from a store here on Tuesday, Oct. 18.

The owner, Andrew Chan, told police that the incident occurred between 1:11 a.m. to 3:26 a.m.

Investigation said the suspects destroyed the roll-up door and took 36 cellphones, three tablets, and vault with P20,000 cash inside totaling P620,000.

Police said the suspects fled onboard a red Toyota RAV-4 with license plates USG-971 towards the direction of Famy, Laguna.

Probers are conducting a follow-up investigation and have requested assistance from the Laguna Provincial Forensic Unit.
