OPM stars headline PAF 75th anniversary concert

Three multi-awarded performers are set to headline a concert entitled "LIPAD PAF".

OPM icon Hajji Alejandro, Diamond Record awardee Nina, and world-renowned vocal group Philippine Madrigal Singers share the stage to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Philippine Air Force (PAF). The concert will be staged at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Newport World Resorts on Oct. 21 at 8:30 p.m.

"LIPAD PAF" will showcase the unparalleled artistry of Hajji, Nina and the Philippine Madrigal Singers thru their hit songs that will surely delight the audience. The concert also highlights the achievements of the PAF and their commitment to continue their faithful dedication to serve their fellow Filipinos and the nation.

"Lipad PAF" is supported by PLDT, Landbank, 1st AFP Affiliated Reserve Medical Center, Association of Lending Investors for Pensioners Inc. and Placer 8 Logistics Express Inc.

The Philippine Madrigal Singers

The proceeds of the concert will be donated to the PAF Welfare Fund (PAFWF). This aims to provide financial assistance to PAF military personnel and Civilian Human Resources who are suffering from dreaded diseases or victims of accidents and calamities. It also provides donations to qualified persons and charitable institutions as determined by the PAFWF Board.
