Drunk security guard shoots minor in Tagaytay

TAGAYTAY CITY – A drunk security guard allegedly shot a minor in Barangay Iruhin East Tuesday night, Oct. 18.

Cavite Provincial Police Office identified the suspect as Leo Saratan.

Investigation showed the suspect shot the male victim in the abdomen using a .38-caliber revolver without a clear reason.

The wounded victim was immediately rushed to the hospital for medical treatment.

The suspect, on the other hand, fled after the shooting.

Authorities are now conducting a follow-up operation to arrest the suspect.
