"We just modified the health protocol form to all arriving international passengers. The One Health Pass had no specification of the nationalities of the arriving passengers which is now included under the eArrival," a BOQ personnel told the Manila Bulletin.
The eArrival is now in effect at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals 1.2 and 3.
