3 drug dealers arrested in Makati City

A High Value Individual (HVI) and her two cohorts were successfully nabbed by members of the Southern Police District (SPD) in an anti-illegal drugs operation in Barangay Olympia, Makati City on Sunday, Oct. 16.

The police identified the HVI as Sasha Gandawali Utto, 39 years-old. The two other arrested suspects were identified as Marlon San Miguel Eusebio, 46 years old, and Noemi Guinto Magat, 31 years old.

Seized from the suspects were six plastic sachets containing shabu with an estimated weight of 67 grams and an estimated Standard Drug Price Value of ₱455,600, and the buy-bust money.

The three suspects were brought to the SPD District Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) office for documentation while the recovered pieces of evidence were brought to the SPD Forensics Unit for analysis.

They are facing charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Art II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
