From daily pieces and athleisure finds to something more luxurious, these stores are the must-visit places this payday weekend
While the pandemic paved way for the rise of e-commerce, for many, nothing could replace the experience of shopping in a physical store, seeing the pieces perfectly displayed, and trying them on before sealing the deal. In our pandemic-new normal milieu, brands and design houses know that in order to survive, one must have a strong presence in the digital realm as well as in the real world. With that, they are pulling out all the stops in serving their patrons---and that includes launching new stores.
Listed below are some brands ready to welcome shoppers to their new space. From daily pieces and athleisure finds to something more luxurious, these stores are the must-visit places this payday weekend.
Keds
Beloved brand of women of all ages, Keds has produced signature footwear styles—like the Champion, Chillax, Crew Kick, and Triple Up—that encourage ladies to go on many adventures. Its new store in Trinoma showcases its extensive catalog of sneakers, slip-ons, sandals, and boots. Sophisticated yet playful, the new space’s interior is inspired by dreamers. Bold pops of color accentuate the store’s simple yet modern design.

Our favorite is the F-Mode Flatform boots, which feature the brand’s microwobbleboard technology improving traction for functionality, lightweight cushioning, and a contoured sole for alignment.
Loewe
Loewe opens its store in the prestigious Greenbelt 3 shopping mall. Taking direction from creative director Jonathan Anderson, its new Philippines location employs design details that refer to the Casa Loewe concept found in flagship stores from Madrid to Tokyo. From painting and sculpture to furniture and crafted objects, the collection of objects complements the brand’s products and give the space the feel of an art collector’s home.
What to check out: The new 122 sqm store showcases the full range of women’s ready-to-wear, bags, small leather goods, accessories, eyewear, and jewelry.
Jimmy Choo
Another addition to Greenbelt 3’s newly minted luxury stores is Jimmy Choo. Its new space is a like the dream closet of every fashionista with lush seatings, illuminated shelves, and new pieces crafted to perfection. The store echoes the core of the brand—light, fantasy, and design expertise.
What to check out: Fashion savants will definitely salivate over its Core collection, a timeless edit defined by three key categories: Pearl, Crystal, and the iconic JC monogram.
Under Armour
American sports equipment company Under Armour welcomes shoppers to its newest store at SM North EDSA. The retail space is a cornucopia of wearable finds and accessories related to fitness and athleisure. With the presence of Olympic gold medalist Hidilyn Diaz, as well as other female athletes, the brand launches its “Be Her Armour” initiative.
What to check out: The brand has a lineup of events, from styling sessions to mental health talks, for women. For now, what shoppers can find in its new store are select pieces and footwear in pink and a line of inclusive gym wear. For the gents, they will definitely love its collections in collaboration with Stephen Curry and Dwayne Johnson.
Rustan’s
On their 70th year in luxury retail, Rustan’s welcomes the season of giving by continuing its tradition of curating the world’s best and bringing it to the discerning shopper. This year, Rustan’s pulled out all the stops with the lineup of activities, so much so that you can spend a festive day just inside all its stores and branches.
