Maxene Magalona on the 'perks' of being single, childless

Actress Maxene Magalona has seemingly ended speculations about her and husband Rob Mananquil having allegedly called it quits.

Just recently, the daughter of late Filipino rapper Francis Magalona and Pia Arroyo took to social media to open up on her being "single, childless."

The 35-year-old star wrote: "No date? No problem!"

She added, "Perks of being single and childless: You have full control of your schedule. You can literally do anything you want on any day at whatever time."

According to Maxene, she has been going out by her lonesome, watching movies, taking long drives.

"One time, I even felt the sudden urge to buy crystals for extra protection and I was able to do it easily because I have no one else to think of but myself," she added.

Maxene then reiterated how life is all about perspective.

"Do you see your glass half empty or half full? I see mine overflowing," she noted.

it was early this year when her alleged marital woes made the news.

It all started with Maxene dropping the Mananquil surname on her Instagram account.

Maxene also made the news bonding with her in-laws and celebrating her wedding anniversary.
