Pag-IBIG auctioning 216 houses in Westen Visayas

ILOILO CITY – The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) or Pag-IBIG Fund is auctioning 216 houses in Western Visayas.

“Of the 216 available properties, 81 are under first public auction and the rest are under negotiated sale,” said Pag-IBIG Fund Bacolod Manager III Wilmer Lirazan here.

Pag-IBIG Fund is holding housing exhibits here and Bacolod as part of National Shelter Month.

Property prices depend on the location. The most expensive is around P3 million while the cheapest is around P200,000.

Lirazan urged prospective buyers to check Pag-IBIG’s acquired properties as the prices are affordable compared to property developers.

He added that prospective buyers do not have to pay that much for processing fee which may be P100,000 if it is via property developers.

The housing exhibits here are at Robinsons Mall Iloilo, SM City Iloilo, Plazuela Uno, and Deca Homes 2 Club House.
