‘Squid Game’ star Jung Ho-yeon to visit Manila for fun meet in November 


Korean model and actress Jung Ho-yeon, one of the stars of the hit drama “Squid Game,” will be coming to Manila.

The star will meet fans at the “Jung Ho-yeon Fun Meet in Manila, presented by IAM Worldwide, on Nov. 11 at the New Frontier Theater.

“Catch the Korean actress and supermodel in her first fun meet event. Stay tuned for more details!” according to Wilbros Live.

In March , IAM Worldwide, a Philippine company, announced that it signed up Jung Ho-yeon as its newest brand ambassador.

In “Squid Game,” Jung Ho-yeon played the role of North Korean defector Kang Sae-Byeok (player No. 067). “Squid Game” is Netflix’s biggest show with 1.65 billion hours viewed in the first 28 days of release last year.

For her role in “Squid Game,” Jung Ho-yeon bagged the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series at the 28th Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards and Best Actress in an Action Series at the 27th Critics Choice Awards. She was also nominated at the Emmy Awards.
