*STORY UPDATE*
The alleged estafa case against Greg Omar Badua was dismissed on Aug. 2, 20222, by Presiding Judge Rosalie Dallong-Galicinao of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Aritao-Sta. Fe in Nueva Vizcaya for lack of jurisdiction. However, no update is available following Badua’s arrest on Oct. 13, 2022, on the strength of a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 30 in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
ARITAO, Nueva Vizcaya -- An elementary school principal was arrested by police here on Thursday, Oct. 13, for alleged estafa case filed against him.
The Aritao police served the warrant of arrest issued on Sept. 30 by RTC Branch 30, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya, against Greg Omar Badua, 43, in Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya at around 2 p.m.
Badua is accused of estafa with a recommended bail of P20,000.
Meanwhile, the Philippine National Police Custodial facility at Bambang Police Station, Brgy. Almaguer North, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, served two warrants of arrest against Tony Labuanan for violation of RA 8353 (two counts) with no bail recommended and attempted homicide (two counts) with recommended fixed bail of ₱36,000 each.
