Chinabank launching new payroll software

China Banking Corporation (China Bank) has tapped BD Business Process Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (BDBPO) to enhance the Bank’s automated payroll processing solution for corporate customers.

In a statement, the bank said China Bank Payroll 2.0, the cloud-based payroll software powered by BDBPO’s SweldoMo, is packed with more features and accessible via web or mobile app.

The Bank recently signed a memorandum of agreement with Albay-based BDBPO which provides IT and IT enabled services to companies around the globe.

The soon-to-be launched China Bank Payroll 2.0 is an upgraded version of the Bank’s current standalone payroll and timekeeping program, ChinaPay.

Aside from enhanced accessibility, the fully digital and cloud-based China Bank Payroll 2.0 is designed to be more flexible, scalable, and secure.

It has new features and capabilities, including a self-service online portal and real-time data processing for more efficient timekeeping, attendance tracking, and government report generation. It is also now more affordable with its tiered pricing scheme.

“China Bank Payroll 2.0 is a complete HR system that can help companies with the difficult task of payroll management by automating payroll processing and ensuring data accuracy and compliance,” said China Bank Vice President and Cash Management Services Head Domingo P. Dayro Jr.

He added that, “And with the self-service portal, employees can easily login and view their payroll record, attendance data, and more.”

China Bank offers a range of cash management solutions to help companies of all sizes efficiently manage their cash flow and working capital, streamline processes, and automate everyday tasks.
