OPM artist Adie among Spotify RADAR's rising global acts of Rolling Stone Magazine

Making his mark on the music scene amid the pandemic, O/C records artist Adie is now making his way on the international scene.

In an article made by Rolling Stone Magazine, Spotify's RADAR made a list of artists from different genres and countries that made a breakthrough with their music.

According to Spotify's RADAR, these artists have shown "authenticity, fearlessness, and unapologetic attitudes," through their music.

Among those artists is Adie with his song "Mahika" with Janine Berdin. Earlier this month, Adie released a back-to-back music video with "Mahika" and Kabado" featuring Sharlene San Pedro.

His song Mahika features a "throes of falling in love and mixed signals." With the cinematic feel of the music video, watching it makes the audience goes back with a nostalgic feeling from their high school moment.

Adie's voice and heartfelt lyrics make his appearance on the music scene a unique one. He was also the first artist on O/C records to reach 100 million streams on Spotify from his song "Paraluman" featuring Ivana Alawi.

On Nov. 29, Adie will have a concert entitled "Pulso" with other O/C records artists Unique and Kean Cipriano at the New Frontier Theater in Araneta City. (Carissa Alcantara)
