MIAA vows to address overcharging, colorum operations of vehicles at NAIA
Manila International Airport Authority General Manager Cesar Chiong has vowed to fix the problem of airport transportation, including complaints of overcharging and operations of colorum vehicles at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals.
Chiong said he had already tasked Assistant General Manager for Security & Emergency Services (AGMSES) Manuel Gonzales to implement measures to address the problems amid complaints.
The AGMSES handles the main security of the entire airport complex. It also handles the emergency services of the airport including security coordination with other law enforcement and government agencies as well as private companies..
"Gonzales is expert on how to handle transport colorum due to his expertise when he was former I-act and he was in-charge in road operation during past administration," said Chiong
