3 arrested, shabu seized in Binangonan anti-drugs op

An anti-illegal drugs police operation led to the arrest of three suspects and the confiscation of 80.3 grams of suspected shabu, a firearm, and ammunition in Binangonan, Rizal on Wednesday, Oct. 12.

The Rizal Police Provincial Office (PPO) said that some 80.3 grams of suspected shabu, with a street value of P546,040, a 9mm pistol, magazine and ammunition were found in the possession of suspects Roland Fedillaga, a truck driver, and a certain Espinosa and a Sumalinog alias Romie, both tricycle drivers.

PPO Spokesperson Lt. Mariesol Tactaquin said that the suspects are facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act and Republic Act 10591 (Firearms Law).
