4 more Anakpawis members yield in Cagayan

CAMP Camp Tirso H. Gador, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – Four more members of Anakpawis in this province voluntarily surrendered to the police on Friday, Oct. 7.

Alias “Junie,”50, and “Jenna,” 66, yielded in Alcala.

Two members surrendered in Amulung and Santa Teresita – alias “Zaldy,” 45, and alias “Maring,” 62.

They told police that the Leftist group won their hearts through deceitful words.

However, when they realized that the party-list group was not bringing anything good to them, they decided to cut ties and support the government.

Two members had earlier surrendered in Rizal – alias “Lito,” 51, and alias “Estong,” 73.

Surrenderers will undergo custodial debriefing and tactical interrogation at the police stations.
