PRC releases results for October 2022 Naval Architect board exam


Forty-eight out of 116 examinees successfully passed the October 2022 Naval Architect Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.

The mass oathtaking ceremony for the board passers will be on Oct. 28 but the venue is yet to be announced as per PRC.

The exam was held last Oct. 3, 4, and 5 in Manila.

"The members of the Board of Naval Architecture who gave the licensure examination are Engr. William B. Hernandez, Officer-In-Charge and Engr. Rizalito S. Lanoy, Member," PRC said.

The top-notcher on the licensure exam was Darryl Ferrer Abapo from the University of Cebu with an average of 81 percent and no one followed.

The registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will be done online from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2 as per PRC.

Instructions are posted on the commission's official website.

"Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope," PRC reminded.

Successful examinees need to personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, PRC said.
