Fil-Am beauty queen crowned Miss USA 2022

Filipino-American beauty queen R'Bonney Nola was crowned Miss USA 2022 on Monday, Oct. 3.

Nola will be representing the USA at the 71st Miss Universe competition at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana on January 14, 2023.

“Its an honor to be here and I feel so inspired by the diversity and strength each of my USA sisters hold. Tonight is a culmination of dedication, heart, and pushing past comfort zones,” Nola said in an Instagram post before the Miss USA finals.

In July, Nola was named Miss Texas USA 2022 at the Hilton Houston Post Oak.
