Ex-OFW nabbed for allegedly stealing bags inside NAIA

Airport policemen arrested a former overseas Filipino worker (OFW) after he was accused of stealing bags inside a store at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 on Sunday, Oct. 2.

He was identified as Agustin Diva, of Pasay City.

Airport Police Intelligence and Investigation Division (PID) Officer Jhesus Ducusin said the suspect was arrested at a fastfood inside the NAIA after receiving information that he stole assorted bags.

Diva tried to run away but was cornered after a brief chase.

Recovered from him were four backpacks.
