“Sa pakikipagtulungan po natin sa DTI, namahagi po tayo ng P10,000.00, in a form of cash card, para sa mahigit 200 micro-business owners ng lungsod (Through our partnership with the DTI, we distributed P10,000.00, in a form of cash card, for over 200 micro-business owners in the city),” Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan said.

“Sisikapin pa po natin na makatulong sa mas marami nating mga kababayan na maiahon ang kanilang kabuhayan. Hiniling din po natin sa DTI na madagdagan pa ang bilang ng mabibigyan na tulong sa Caloocan (We will try to help more of our compatriots to improve their livelihoods. We have also asked the DTI to increase the number of aid given in Caloocan),” he added, The local chief executive, meanwhile, thanked DTI for its continued support in the recovery program of the city.

Malapitan also assured that the city government will continue to work closely with national agencies to aid the city’s business sector.
