Festive launch for Arthaland’s Una Apartments


Arthaland recently celebrated the launch of Una Apartments, its multi-certified mid-rise sustainable condominium in Sevina Park Biñan, Laguna, with much fanfare courtesy of its very own Sunshine Market. Sunshine Market is Arthaland’s weekend market that lets you enjoy mindful shopping, delightful food and beverages, lively music, and many exciting activities such as a guided tour of Una Apartment’s studio and one-bedroom model units, an inflatable playground for kids, free pet consultation with Dr. Gino Bailon, a photobooth station, and an open lawn area where families can setup picnic mats.

Units are also more spacious with high floor-to-ceiling height of 2.6 meters. The floors are made with Stone Polymer Composite (SPC), which is the latest innovative material in the flooring industry. With SPC flooring, floors are more durable, water and scratch resistant, and easier to clean. You also get a fantastic view of this sustainable community made up of 60 percent green and open spaces as all units have their own balcony.

BALAI BERDE, which stands for Building Eligible Resilient Dwelling for Everyone, is a program of the National Home Mortgage Financing Corporation.

BALAI BERDE is a housing finance program designed to increase capital allocations exclusively for green-certified projects. This means interested buyers of Una Apartments may loan up to 90 percent of the appraised value not exceeding P6 million with fixed interest rates for as low as four percent with loan term up to 30 years.
