Actor Dominic Roco, 4 others arrested in QC drug bust

Members of Quezon City Police District (QCPD) arrested actor Dominic Roco and four other suspects who yielded marijuana and suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City on Saturday, Oct. 1.

Police said Roco , 33, a resident of Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, was nabbed along with Reynaldo Sanchez Sy, 45; Eugene Marvin Tolentino, 27, of Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City; Renz Anthony Cruz Santos, 33, of Barangay Sto. Cristo, Bulacan; and Dexie Diamante Lopez, 21, of Caloocan City.

According to the police report, members of QCPD Holy Spirit Police Station (PS14) conducted the entrapment operation at about 1:20 a.m. at Don Antonio Heights Zuzuaerge, Main City Homes 7B, Barangay Holy Spirit in Quezon City.

Confiscated from the suspects were six pieces of transparent plastic sachet containing P14,000 worth of dried marijuana leaves, 16 pieces of heat-sealed small transparent plastic sachet containing P102, 000 of alleged shabu, a black pouch, a digital weighing scale,

The suspects will be charged for violation of Sections 5 and 11 (Sale and Possession of Dangerous Drug and Article II of RA 9165 (The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
