Sofia Andres reminds followers to be cautious after recovering from COVID-19

Sofia Andres couldn't be more thankful that she's finally tested negative from the coronavirus 2019.

On Instagram, she gave some advice to followers.

"Please wear your mask, be kind, drink your vitamins, eat healthy & love yourself," she said.

"What a way to start 2022. I know it’s not easy spending New Year’s alone but we have more days & years ahead of us. Be strong," she added.

Recall that the independent research group OCTA said over 11,00 new COVID-19 cases were recorded in Metro Manila on Thursday, Jan. 6, setting a new record for the number of infections in a day.

Note that following the detection of the Omicron variant and the surge of COVID-19 cases after the holiday break, the National Capital Region (NCR) implemented a stricter Alert Level 3 last Jan. 3, to try and arrest the increasing infections.
