KC Concepcion writes emotional birthday letter to mom Sharon Cuneta

Actress KC Concepcion may not be on speaking terms again with megastar Sharon Cuneta as rumors have it but that didn't stop her from greeting her mom on her 56th birthday today, Jan. 6.

"January 6th has always been a special day. Happy birthday to the Queen! My first best friend, my first valentine, my only mama. May your day be filled with joy, laughter and love. I love you always, and no matter what," KC wrote on Instagram.

On social media, Sharon celebrates her birthday today with a simple appreciation to her friends and supporters who greeted her and sent her gifts on her special day.

"Yup - these all me! Thank you so very much to all of you who sent me gifts (though totally unnecessary, truly much appreciated!), cards, text messages to wish me a Happy Birthday today! So sorry po - di ko na kayang i-post isa-isa sa dami! But am thankful to God Almighty for all of you! You are in my. I love you all so much, family, friends, and Sharonians/Sharmy!!! Among the celebrities who greeted her include: Ryan Agoncillo, Christine Babao, and Jhong Hilario.

In June 2021, Sharon hinted about not being in good terms with daughter KC when a netizen asked the megastar about her.

“You have another daughter in LA,” a netizen commented.

Sharon replied: “Yes I HEARD! I wonder how she is and what she is doing?”
