John Arcilla is urging Twitter followers to take the new COVID-19 variant, Omicron, seriously.

"OMICRON ALERT. WALA NAMAN BUMABAWAL SATIN NA MAGSAYA. Pero may mga KASAYAHAN na pwedeng ikamatay ng iyong pamilya o kapitbahay. Importante ang MENTAL HEALTH pero anong saysay nito kung MAMAMATAY KA SA VIRUS? ANGAL sa Lockdown PERO ANTIGAS NG ULO NATIN," he wrote, posting a video showing a crowd.

Recently, local stars like Derek Ramsay, Aiko Melendez, and Director Joey Javier Reyes also shared their two cents about controversial “Poblacion Girl” who breached quarantine protocols to attend a party.

Malacañang said they’re leaving the fate of Poblacion Girl, real name, Gwyneth Chua, to the judge who will handle her case, reiterating that the government will implement all applicable laws against those who played a part in the breach.
