Gadon wants two SC justices to refund Marcos Jr.'s 2016 electoral protest fees
Senatorial wannabe and presidential aspirant Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s supporter, Lawyer Larry Gadon, believes that two Supreme Court justices "must be held accountable for the refund of the protest fees deposited by" Marcos Jr. in relation to the allegedly still unresolved 2016 electoral protest.
In a statement Tuesday, Gadon said Associate Justices Alfredo Caguiao and Marvic Leonen "must be held personally liable for the refund since the long delays can be attributed to the two of them."
Gadon alleged Caguiao's "snail paced proceedings" caused the delay "for several years on a simple issue of whether the 25 percent shading should be considered as valid vote or not."
Meanwhile, Gadon also claimed his presidential bet could have won the vice presidency in 2016 if Leonen did not refuse to issue a final verdict regarding the votes coming from Mindanao, although they were proven to be marred with fraud.
Gadon, who is facing disbarment calls due to his foul remarks against various individuals, alleged the two justices frustrated "the will of the people" so they "must refund the money deposited by" Marcos Jr.
