QC opens COVID-19 jab registration for children ages 5-11

The Quezon City government has opened the registration for COVID-19 vaccination of minors aged 5-11.

The local government said on Monday, Jan. 31, that parents or guardians can visit their respective barangays to have their children listed for vaccination or through online registration: https://qcservices.quezoncity.gov.ph/qcvaxeasy

The inoculation will be held from Feb. 4 to 6 at SM North EDSA Skydome.

The parents or guardians are reminded to take note of their reference numbers which they will receive after the registration.

They should accompany their children on the vaccination day and present a proof of their relationship with the minor, along with their identification cards (including the minors).

For children with comorbidities, they need to present a medical certificate from their doctors stating that they are allowed to be vaccinated.
